This mobilization raises the demand to drop the charges against the Uhuru 3, defend the right to free speech, and is part of building the anti-colonial free speech movement. It’s a demonstration that will take place in various locations around the world, including London, England, Pretoria, South Africa and a U.S. West Coast mobilization. We have a packed speaker line up today, who will not only talk about the importance of this mobilization, but also its significance in the context of the world changing. We’ll have with us today, the leader and founder of the African People’s Socialist Party, Chairman Omali Yeshitela. The Secretary General of the African Socialist International, Luwezi Kinshasa, the Director of Organization for the Party’s Africa Region – Tafarie Mugeri, International People’s Democratic Uhuru Movement President, Matsemela Odom, Hands Off Uhuru Campaign Chair Mwezi Odom and African People’s Solidarity Committee Chairwoman, Penny Hess!
